Automerc would come highly recommended by myself!

The whole team were fully accommodating in fitting me in at no notice after my car failed its MOT (which could have potentially been avoided if main dealers had pro-actively maintained the car while it was with them), then allocating me a loan car (which was immaculate and like a new car!) as soon as one was available!

I am delighted with all of the work completed on my car - she is running beautifully, and repairs made which main dealers have never been able to remedy for years despite asking on every visit! The car was also returned immaculate both inside and out - I feel everyone would have handled the car as if it were their own.

Every interaction with anyone in the business was a pleasure, with everyone being friendly, polite and courteous - even anyone I met going in and out of the building!

The only mistake I have made is not using AutoMerc sooner, having never previously taken a car out of the dealer network for 22 years - but with the service level and attitude of main dealers in the last few interactions, AutoMerc will now be maintaining my car!
